The location felt central, with a lot of attractions within walking distance. The heated indoor swimming pool and sauna were great for unwinding. On the downside, the kitchen lacked some basic essentials like an oven glove and chopping board. Also, lighting in the lounge was not ideal, even with the lamps. However, it didn’t spoil our stay at all.

Utilize the full kitchen to prepare meals. it's especially helpful for families needing to save time and money during their stay.

Our experience was incredibly frustrating. We faced multiple issues during our stay, starting with the fact that our room key didn’t work, which led to an embarrassing situation stuck in the elevator. Upon complaining to the receptionist, I was treated as if I were in the wrong, and the lack of any empathy or assistance made matters worse. The manager was unavailable to discuss the matter, leaving us feeling ignored and resentment toward the service.
